I Graduated in medicine from Charing Cross & Westminster Medical School, University of London, in 1991.
I have over 25 years of experience in Ophthalmology.
After 7 years of ophthalmology training in London and Manchester I trained extensively in oculoplastic surgery (also called ophthalmic plastic surgery) in Auckland & Manchester.
Oculoplastic surgery focuses on disorders of the eyelids, eyebrows, tear drainage system and the orbit (the eye socket).
I was appointed as an NHS Consultant Ophthalmic & Oculoplastic Surgeon at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital (MREH) in 2002.
MREH is one of the largest eye hospitals in Europe.
